Tuned for every seat.

Digital signal processing dialled in by ear and measurement — levels, crossovers, time alignment and EQ set so your system sounds balanced, detailed and right from any seat.

What tuning sets

Every variable, dialled in.

We tune the things you can't hear yourself adjusting — the settings that make a system sound expensive.

Time Alignment

Each speaker timed to your seat so the soundstage sits up front and centred.

Crossovers

Frequencies split cleanly between tweeters, mids and subs with no overlap or gaps.

Parametric EQ

Cabin peaks and dips smoothed out for a natural, fatigue-free response.

Level Matching

Every channel balanced so nothing dominates and everything blends.

Measurement

Calibrated mic and RTA used to verify the curve, not just guess it.

By-Ear Refinement

Final voicing done by ear with real music, so it sounds right, not just measures right.

What you get

A proper tune, start to finish.

More than a quick EQ tweak — a full calibration of your system's processing.

System Assessment

Signal chain check

We confirm your processor, wiring and speakers are set up to be tuned properly.

Measure & Tune

Mic + RTA

Acoustic measurement to set crossovers, time alignment and EQ accurately.

Voice & Verify

Listening sign-off

Final voicing with reference tracks, then a listen-through with you.

How it works

Measured, then voiced.

A repeatable process that gets your system sounding its best and stays that way.

01

Assess

We check the processor, gains and speaker setup before touching the tune.

02

Measure

Calibrated mic and RTA capture the in-car response.

03

Tune

Crossovers, time alignment and EQ set to target, channel by channel.

04

Verify

Voiced by ear with real music and signed off with you.

Common questions

DSP Tuning — FAQ.

The questions we're asked most.

What is DSP tuning?+
DSP (digital signal processing) tuning sets your system’s levels, crossovers, time alignment and EQ — by ear and measurement — so every seat sounds balanced and detailed. It’s one of the biggest improvements you can make to sound quality.
Do I need a DSP processor for this?+
To get the full benefit, yes — a dedicated processor (or a head unit/amp with built-in DSP) gives the control needed. We can advise on and supply the right one, and tune what you already have where possible.
Will tuning make my system louder?+
It makes it cleaner and better-balanced rather than simply louder, which often lets you enjoy it at higher volume without harshness or distortion.
How long does a tune take?+
A full tune typically takes a few hours depending on the system’s complexity. We’d confirm timing when we see the setup.
Can you tune any system?+
We can tune most systems that have a processor or DSP-capable amp/head unit. If yours doesn’t, we’ll explain the options before any work.
